For a game that's so clan driven I am surprised this isn't out already. I am fairly new to Clan Wars (just hit TH7) and the problem I am having is not being able to find a clan that suits my play style. I've spent hours sifting through posts, searching in game, even trying to start our own with some friends and nothing is working. Each clan I join is poorly structured or I am so low compared to others that I make no difference in the wars if I can get on to begin with. And when I try to recruit for our current guild it feels like there's a hundred guilds competing for the few players that actually know the forums exist.
My suggestion.
1. For god sake put some sort of message in the game indicating there are forums you can check out for more guild options.
2. For the people who are looking for a clan I can tell you from experience that it is daunting going through so many messages looking for 1 or 2 clans where YOU actually fit THEIR requirements for recruitment. Put in some check boxes for the posters, kinda like a recruitment survey, and allow people looking for clans to filter based on those answers.
i.e. I am Clan X looking for members and I am recruiting TH5-7. So I check that I am looking for TH5, TH6 and TH7, that gets saved and when someone is looking for a clan they can click what town hall they are and the two match up.
Its unreasonable to expect a TH7 to scroll through 100 TH8+ recruitment posts without having them think that they should quit the game because its easier then finding a clan.
3. Have some sort of Clan rating system, if a clan constantly lies about what they are, their member size or whatever it would be nice to be able to see that "Hey Clan Q is full of liars, maybe I shouldn't waste my time joining them." This would knock off bad behaviours pretty quick I would think.
