Clans need a donation log that will be available to the CO-Leaders and Leader or Members should be able to request for troops and only be allowed to have those troops donated.
An extended log is also a good idea, maybe only available to Leaders and CO-Leaders so they can review any incidents. Another crucial item is a rank that is between Leader and CO-Leader so every clan can have one person who can also demote CO-Leaders.

A log where the COs and Leaders can view who donated what and who too or a feature where on the request screen you can choose which troops you want and then other members can only donate the chosen unit this will stop people from 'Troll Donating'.
