hi ı have 133 level town,I can not enter the game after the update came a day penalty

ı am so bad today! My account was blocked a day but I did not disrespect. I did not curse, ı dont understand please help!
ı am from turkey and love playing this game about 2 years,I spent about a thousand dollars too. ı have a town 133 level and my clan founderı ı am clan leader. We do not curse and do not disrespect.we are strong clan trom turkey in the first 100.already I am a teacher . could enter the update before the game this morning,I bought this after the update alert!
No swearing,No disrespect everything is okey but now ı cant play my game! ı cant enter!
moreover, we received some friends clan, main woman and fleeing swearing whether they though it is not a bad thing
I suspect the 3 things
1. One morning the man came to the clan with the play and told us many things about our clan of nonsense.I despise us and spoke nonsense.He acts like he knows everything very well but not.Many people had said earlier in the chat ban us us saying you're worthy of a better clan and we took him from the clan.I think he complained to me and stopped wrongfully my account,Unable to make sense of my friends.
2. Unable to make sense of my friends,and He wants us to take a weak clan friends.Because of our strong mutual friends do not get weak.Then they say bad words at us from behind.I think some of them may be reported as unfair to us
3.no problem before the update the game did not open after update ı think this can be a systematic error.
There are 3 possibilities and do not know why I have such a block.ı think ıt is 3.
I've been playing for 2 years I've never experienced that kind of problem.please help me it is from turkey my clan name is ''Mahşer-i AŞK' and my username: osmanoglu Please fix my problem and open my account today.I do not want to wait for someday unduly and I want to enjoy the update.
I obeyed the rules I never ♥♥♥♥♥ng in the game.ı dont use like xmode or whatewer. 2 years I played with the right,my diamond and money

I was exposed to unfair,but did not leave even one answer, I spent a lot of time and play lovely but now ı cant enter the game, I have to say warning denied swearing but I did not swear,I did not disrespect ,Why denied game? assistance from the competent person and I look forward to answering.
