yup. we r all android user. ur device model? just happen after update or before? try clear cache after install new update?

Device - P3110. As I mentioned earlier, I tried everything from re-installing the app to factory resetting the device. I'll give it another shot.

Mine and my husbands are fine, mine took a few seconds longer to log in compared to my husbands, both android devices.

Please file a ticket with player support and mind your language.

however the i game option is always faster.

In the mean time try the solutions provided in the various sticky threads on the top of the Android bugs sub forum.

The forums is not the place for player support and kindly mind your language. As it is update time it is crazy busy and we cannot respond to everyone as fast as we'd would like. Partially due to the repeated mess.
