    Was it when deploying troops while attacking or were you able to stop bases cc from deploying to attack your troops

    It wasn't a bug it was just that previously, when attacking, you couldn't place your cc on a space with a decoration/obstacle like you could with deploying regular troops. Now you can.

    I get what he means

    I understand what OP means and so everyone else's reply is out of place.
    OP seems to think that tapping on obstacles stops the village you are raiding's clan castle troops from deploying and leaving the clan castle. This is no the case.
    Prior to the update what happens was that you were unable to deploy your own CC troops if you trapped on an obstacles, etc. on the village you are attacking.
    Yes, it happened.
