    War in out option also for co leaders

    I think co leaders also should be able to pick whos in and out

    as sometimes the leader tells one of the co leaders to take care of the war

    it really would make sence if the co leaders also would be able to choose whos in and out
    since the co leaders AND leader are both responseble for the wars...
