After the last upgrade, I had boosted my barracks thrice, and looted over 40 mil resources.. Looking to break that this time!!

Usually when a major update is released and everyone is kicked off for maintenance there are hundreds of bases with tons of loot in collectors and storages, and loot is amazing for roughly an hour after the maintenance is finished. Anyone can partake and it is usually wise to boost barracks.
