Just a point about PMs - they're not immediately obvious. I had two sat there for days before I noticed them.

I think we have 3 options now:-
1. pm the guy n tell him not to post & run. Get him to read post 1 n return & we continue to help happily as long as he follows the guideline...

And about Mr. post n' run, I think all helpers (or at least a few) gotta PM him so he can't miss them. And see what he says or does. Onestly, if I was the boss, I'd abandon ship. Even if he didn't know he had to read 1st post, I still find it rude to just jump in and expect help and just run away. Take freaking 2 seconds and see what others reply to u. If he even just came in to say thanks, he'd see that people are asking him to not speed up.
