I also suggest taking a look at Mindkeeper's guide so you have an idea of crate requirements. That way you know the minimum to keep in stock to fill a crate. No point in beating everyone to the boat & then being one short! Lol

Yeah usually Vic's they don't seem to travel alone (cowards). Usually 3 or 4 boats meaning 27-36. Then with a sugar boat or two it's hard to produce enough to keep our own production running.
