When you completed Cap III there are people willing to help you with TT on their spare time in this thread.
Be sure to be online when you want to start and ask if someone can and will standby during the 30 min. Choose a main helper so you don't have to switch between many people all the time.
When you need items just give a shout and the main helper will let you know to come to their shop and buy what you need.
