Yep that could be scary.. I did mine way too late also. I already had the mine and bar orders when I did my TT III but before the jam and jewelers. But I prepared well, my barn was stocked to the max and the machines overflowing and the animals ready to collect. You might even say I overprepared allthough that isn't possible with TT. So it turned out to be quite easy for me too. 1 thing I did do.. I was patient and prepared for a couple of days stopped filling boats and selling in the shop and made sure I just upgraded so I didn't have much building stuff in my barn.

K, you talked about deleting old posts in the helper thread. Just to clarify, we delete the posts after they achieved the Cpt III? I have 2 posts then to delete.

Yes I mean delete only the post with boat info of people who have completed Cap III.
Not those people still going for Cap III even when a boat is filled and waiting or sent already. We leave them in the shortlist untill they graduate. The info on people who have not yet made Captain is still usefull to find a GC or level quickly or track progress and boat count.
I haven't been around much the last couple of weeks ever since a week before Christmas but I have been around since day 1 when we had only 4 helpers. Now it is a fun race to get to a boat first and get it away but in these early days we had about 15 boats at one point on our hands with only 4 helpers. That is when we designed how this sometimes needs to work in crisis situations like punching out 300+ sugars in a couple of hours. With over 15 candidates and 4 Captains it was a different story. We needed to ask peope to hold the boat to restock instead of sending it immediately. You might think what does this have to do with the shortlist ? Well... If we absolutely had to choose between boats (which I don't think we ever have had to do) we had discussed priorities. These are still in our minds and that is why we would like to keep the information on candidates who haven't graduated yet.
