Yes, be careful! We were gonna do a big trade with with several different items from both sides but I know he was only interested in my deeds but I wouldn't trade unless he took some other stuff too. So he tried to trick me to trade the deeds first and the rest after but I said no and that I will trade the deeds last, he never responded again. I haven't checked if he removed me from GC.
