Just checked their clan and they do have 3 leaders but do not know why nor how

It's an old glitch that has been patched, and cannot be done anymore. This clan has been mentioned before here numerous times. Use the search function and you see what I mean.

This question pops up from time to time. So for the future generations:
Once upon a time in a clearing in a magical forest there was a funny bug that allowed clans to have more than one Leader. This bug was promptly fixed but those clans who got more than one Leader still get to keep all of them until the moment when those extra folks decide to leave the clan.
This "Boquerones" clan is often reported by players who are absolutely convinced there's a h@ck involved but there's no foul play going on, old glitch only
