Hi! I actually didn't know somebody came up with this idea a week ago already =/. I actually literally started a tread with basically the same 4 star system! My rationale basically includes yours but with some other thoughts and reasonings as well! Glad to know there are other people who have similar struggles and ideas!

I think this would only be neccessary for TH 10s like you said, but I don't know how they could make a 4star system without including that for all TH levels

I like this idea, it separates a Great attack, a good attack, an a lucky attack
This idea would be a major change in allowing weaker players to be able to do more in clan war. A person can attack someone with every defense in the middle, and still get three stars in your system. The three star system is fine and any changes would be unfair to better players.
Ask not what your clan can do for you, but what you can do for your clan.
This is EXACTLY What We Need.
This would greatly simplify things! trophies earned will be counted in fourths rather than thirds! There would be 200 stars to earn in clan wars instead of 150! Attackers will be rewarded for total damage dealt as well as taking out the town hall.
There are many attacks I have made where I get over 75% of the buildings destroyed but miss the TH! Then I only got one star for 25% more effort than it would take to get a TH and 50%! I love this idea!

i dont get this one how will this reword bad player???if a player get 100% it will still be better then 99% and 99% will be better then 50% this will reword good player not bad one
If a 4 star system is going to be implemented, shouldnt the 4th star be harder to attain than the current 3-star?
Like for example,
1 Star: 50%
2 Star: Town Hall
3 Star: 100%
4 Star: Under 1mins 30 sec
Just my logic.
