Probably one of the serious war clans...
I guess InTheDark will reach level 10 first.
Edit: Or some similar clans to ITD.

if that 500 is war stars, it's gonna be a long ride (if it what get's patched in the game)
maxed out TH9, minus the heroes

My guess is that it will be someone from here:
If it is war stars might see alot more max clan capacity wars!
Can't really say without knowing how experience is earned. If it is total stars earned or star difference I would think it would be a dedicated lower level clan. Easier to get 3 stars and people will often quit or not fight (hopefully this will change that).
Where is this xxx/500? I didn't see it.
500 stars for level 2? That means 5 wars for us. So, in 10 days, we can go to level 2.
