Clan XP & Perks

I just don't understand how limiting a persons clan donations is a "perk". Also, if you have a 45 person clan and donate archers to everyone who has large clan castles, it would be impossible to fill those castles by limiting how many troops you can donate. Which is why i don't understand how this part makes any sense. Each person would only have a partially full castle.

I think it means you can donate 8 archers now versus the current 5.

I suspect that SC will eventually see the wisdom in not persecuting clans that don't war or war poorly and will add ways to earn experience other than war, but I am concerned that they won't have thought about that for the update that introduces perks. We don't really want a clan perk system that encourages clans to boot everyone that is not good at war. "Sorry son, I know you're family and all, but you lost your last attack and are no longer welcome in the family clan."

You make a very good point. While everyone is singing the praises of the pros of this system, nobody, including Supercell I suspect, is bothering to consider the cons. Clan wars have already adversely affected the clan system in ways already discussed in other threads. This feature has huge potential to make the problem much worse. As you have suggested it is going to make senior clan members even less tolerant of under preforming members than they already are. We may also see the latter coming under pressure to gem up or get out.

I hope I am wrong. But having already been unceremoniously kicked out of two clans without warning (which can really hurt once you are getting to know people) for nothing more than having a couple of bad wars I doubt I am.

Per chance, do you have a time machine I could hop in to a time in which my valkyries are leveled? or a credit card I could use to gem them to max level?

we are all in the same time machine, it is moving forward. So just level them up.

I hope that if you do larger wars you don't have an advantage because I'm in a 10v10 war clan. I hope all size wars are treated the same!!!

It is based on xp - I am suspecting your clan will level up based on war attacks - you are not at a disadvantage - you will just take longer to get to level 10 - this is PERKS - not required to compete in war. you will still have all the same level troops available to your team that you have now while you level up.

We need to wait and see hopefully this week!

I can not wait to learn how Clan XP will be earned, but I am fairly certain everyone will get some XP, I could even see a case where there is no advantage to win, everyone gets the same XP. We will see. I would beat a pekka though that everyone gets some xp, even losing clan...

If winning clan gets more XP, I also do not think clan size will directly tie to it, so a 50 size clan can not beat a 10 size clan in leveling up...

Definitely not a fan of this upgraded troop idea.

I worked hard for my max troops. Sad people get those perks with virtually zero work. If you dont have someone with those types of troops, maybe your clan isnt advanced enough to have earned them.

People has to use their eyes and brains more.

1. Upgrade Clan through War- Read, please.

2. Whatever the troops is donate, the lv is +2, UP to MAX. You won't get super troops Lava5. THINK.

3. War loot bonus, which mean, the total loot will increase by x%. If you win the war, you get it all. If you loose, the get 20% of it, like normal. So win or loose, you get the increase.

The only question I have is, when you cancel troops, and get 20% of the cost, is it go toward you or to the clanmate who donate to you? If it goes toward you, man, it's going to be a HUGE exploit. I can technically transfer Elixir and Dark Elixir. If it goes toward the one who donate to you, it would be complicated. I have 30 archer from 6 people, I cancel 3. Who's going to get their elixir back?

I know, it's small amount, but still, it's something to consider Especially when you have a lot of elixir (TH7,8) and a lot of DE (TH10).

It's just a few troops in CC. You think it would be easy for them to upgrade their Perk?
