TH9 farming range and other tips!

So, I am a TH9 who has just arrived there. And I was hoping to get some farm information here.

I am currently working my way up to 2000 trophies, but I do notice a lot more strong bases around there. The reason I went is because I have issues collecting enough DE. I think it will be better there (at least I hope so).

So I was hoping you could tell me the best cup range to farm as a TH9. I think 1400-1600 is best for Gold + Elixir (I was always there as a TH8), but I don't know if this is still true for a TH9.

Any hints for now?

And a second question: How do you farm? I currenly use Barch, but I was thinking about BAM or Barch + wallbreakers. What do you suggest?

Use BAM with heroes, its far better.

gold 1/2 are best for elixr & gold. Masters or crystal for DE

about a month into a TH 9. I climbed to masters to get the achievement. There is a lot of loot in crystal 1-3 but it is tough to hang onto as a relatively new TH 9. The loot bonus is also nice!
I have dropped back down to gold 1 and am having very good luck with finding DE to upgrade my heroes.

I farm using 9 giants 3 wiz and the rest BAM. Best of luck

Barch / BAM at gold league for G/E

and since your problem is DE
then stay at 2k, I think DE is enough there ( or go higher )

I used GiBarch back then lvl6 giants are <3
and after the update, you might want to try GiBarch with healers

don't forget to snipe though

also, if you have the time (and patience) max those DE Drills

i agree completely that bam is the best farming method. very quick to train, its flexible in that you have meatshields and ranged plus your minions can take down cannons/mortars/resources that are not protected by air cover. additionally sticking a rage infront of minions at a storage = full loot grabbed 😄
