In all honesty it's different for everyone. When I was first a th9 I calculated it would take me around 3 months to complete legos and ended up finishing them in 2 1/2 to 3 weeks with around 1.5k gems. There are far to many factors to take into consideration for an accurate assumption.
Th10 with a larger GG than several games of high roller monopoly.
