😡👿Problem with loading screen 👿😡

I can't play the game ... It stuck in the loading screen though I can hear the sound but can't see my village...I tried to used the game in other device .it shows the same problem...
N I have asked other...they also havin the same problem...

ps : I have done some basic trick like force closing, reinstalling, turning the device off and again on, n other .... But also it didn't helped

we have been facing the exact same problem from the last 72 hours. Supercell needs to fix this bug as its just irritating. The surprising part is that i am still getting attacked all through our the day and i am getting notifications for that as well. Obviously all my mines would be full by now and are easy pickings for anyone interested in making a quick buck.

Supercell please fix this bug. We have been requesting you for the last 72 hours.

Thanks for your best efforts to resolve this to the best of your abilities.


But as you can see this is not an INDIA specific or region specific problem.


What i can best guess is that this is a server/clan specific problem. Lets analyse the facts.


1) All the players in my clan all 48 of them are affected by this problem. They come from China, India, UK , Australia and the US. Hence it is not a REGION SPECIFIC PROBLEM and IT IS A CLAN SPECIFIC PROBLEM.


2) I tried yesterday to log in on my network from a NEW idevice. I downloaded the game created a new Game Center ID. The game loaded just fine and started at Level 1. Hence it is not a NETWORK SPECIFIC problem as well.


3) Now on this new idevice i disconnected from the new GC ID and loaded my old GC ID and the problem was back. The game got stuck on the loading screen again. Hence it IS AN ACCOUNT SPECIFIC / CLAN SPECIFIC PROBLEM.


4) Now on this new idevice i disconnected again my Old GC ID and loaded the new GC ID. The problem started affecting my new GC ID as well. Hence i think there is some bug which started affecting my new idevice from the server of my old GC ID.


5) I performed a factory reset of my new IDEVICE. And VOILA the game started working again.


Hence i think there is some bug or virus which is affecting the idevice from the server side. This is what SUPERCELL needs to look into.


I have done all these tests in the last 72 hours and the observations i have mentioned above. My only request is for you to please take it up with SUPERCELL and share with them this issue as i have described. I am sure they will now be able to fix it.

Its almost 3 days that i cannot allowed to enter the game, not just me but 7 players from my Circle .. what is going on ? we are from Nepal, Ktm..

Exactly. Same I did . I brought new iPad and open new go account and download the game . I played then I swicth my go account to play old village the problem appeared .
then I thought its Internet problem . Then I check with 3G Internet but still not fixed . Again I went to apple store and i download the game on there showroom iPad and log into my go account and try to play but still stuck .

I turn of my wifi and restart not worked
i restart my device and game not worked
i delete the game and reinstall not work still


Now I'm tired . I think I better quite this game playing . It's crazy . I request coc to give my all time and money that spent to ur game worth or let me play game
