    Unhappy Accidental troop placement

Most of you know how annoying it is to drop a troop accidentally when looking for a raid. You go to click the "next" button and your thumb slips and next thing you know, you're in an unexpected attack(Most of these occurring on bases with little to no loot).

    My solution:
    - Add an "attack" button at the bottom center of the screen(kind of like clan wars "attack" button).

I see no negative side of adding this button. Feel free to comment your thoughts on the "attack" button.

That would be a pretty good idea..
There has been one too many times where I also drop a troop by accident.. I have the bad luck because most of these bases are those bases I dont stand a chance with using Barch

There has also been a couple times were I accidentally next a 200-300k dead base..

A more elegant solution proposed many times before [on the correct forum] is simply to have no troop selected by default when a target appears...

I never accidentally next. I always put down a barb randomly to ssecure my spot so I can't accidentally next. I also never let myself fall in to subconsciously clicking next as I will probably not notice until I've already clicked next. Unfortunately, we all have those slips sometimes. Just take it, and move on.. Although it would be nice if you had to select your troops first.
    Thanks icey for the sig!

Accidental troop placement has only happened to me a couple of times. What happens to me much more often is going to place my first troop and doing so right on the next or end battle button and since there is no confirmation box completely skipping a great base. If the best place to drop my first troop happens to be on the far left or far right side of the screen I sometimes get tunnel vision and completely ignore that the next button is in the way of where I am about to drop the troop. That is very frustrating.

I play another similar style game that has an attack button needed to start the attack, it's one of my favorite features compared to here. Either that or not having a default troop selected should have been done a long time ago. Losing 30 trophies because you missed a button by .25 of a inch is a bit harsh. You'd think this would be a simple fix they'd have done a long time ago, if not been there from the start.

I just posted this on another thread after getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ about this! Done it several times.

Its poor design in my opinion. Touch screens are prone to accidental touches, and accidentally starting an attack can have a cost in trophies. I don't see why there isn't an attack button like inBoom Beach.
