So tonight I admit I have been playing for quite a while, but not excessively. I've been farming and pushing for an army camp upgrade, and just started gem boost on army camps, and the game kicked me off for being on too long, does Supercell refund you for this? I've never even seen this message before. Not a big fan. Especially if the gem boost isn't frozen, JUST started it, and I was 10k away from 750k for the new army camp :/

you get kicked after being online for 6 hours straight.
you won't be able to log in for about 5-7 minutes.
you will not be refunded, since it is not surprising if you get kicked, because in theory you could know when you will be kicked

I didn't even know that you could be? Only been playing for a month. Also I haven't had my phone on me that long. I've been taking breaks. Well I guess thats good to know. Still silly they won't at least freeze the timer on gem boost when they do that.
You are kicked off for 5-10 min. So you missed only that tiny amout of time. The max activity timer of 6 hours is well known, don't boost at the end of a marathon, or just deal with the slight loss of time.Originally Posted by Ocellaris

Well I honestly didn't even know there was a time limit. Was the first time I wasn't doing a 6 day work week, and decided to relax and play, but now I know better. Thank you
6 hours straight play and SuperCell will forced you to have a break for 7 minutes.
Main reason is to keep the fairness of the game, giving others chance to attack you too.
But well, 7 minutes is actually not a big deal really. If you have a good base, you'll easily pass that break time without being attacked.

No not 6 hours straight. I did take breaks, but it was a long 60 hour work week, and I was tired, and figured why not try to get an army camp upgraded, and then supercell told me to get a life LOL. It was a first. Don't judge
