I havent seen anyone making threads about clan levels and being able to change the clan logo and whatnot other than chief pat. In fact i dont think most people cared/cares about it either. Did scell just make us wait 2 months to put in a feature for him?
not exactly true, I too have been wondering, why there is not more individuality possible here, but tbh not really a high priority for me,
and then again it might be a trial run for choose/design your own flag?

Could SuperCell be implementing features/substance in the game because they want to? Then Chief Pat is informed of these, indirectly hints them in his top feature requests to seem like a CoC god.
I'd go with my theory, if it wasn't for his youtube channel SC would not give a damn about him. Yet, there is always a possibility that SC will revoke these youtubers' benefits just as they did with MasterOv... But that is for another threat.

Seeing as chief pat is the best and most famous youtube coccer it makes sense
People like to create things. Even if it is something so small as a emblem. Also from the screen shot it looks like the higher your clan level the cooler emblem you will get. It will help the serious clans stand out from those who are not serious.
