Going to th9

So I'm a near-fully maxed th8 (barracks on upgrade to max , valk on upgrade to max then 2 spells until I'll be 100% max)

Anyhoo, Once my valks are finished cooking I will be starting my th9 upgrade which will take 10 days (I'll have enough time to finish of my 2 other spells for a total of 9 days so I'll be fully maxed before going to th9)
I am wondering what I should upgrade first - I'll be going in with max gold and ilx and min of 40k de for my AQ.
I have only 4 builders.
I'm thinking 2 xbows, ofc my lab, and the last builder to get all my other new toys AQ walls AT all that stuff.
Also debating first lab upgrade; giants or archers or perhaps loons.

Just any advice, tips tricks would be appreciated.

all sounds good... loons, hogs, then giants in the lab.... otherwise your priorities are straight

Once your lab is up, I would suggest archers, then barbs, then giants. They will help your farming increase by a lot. Also, get your spell factory and army camps up as soon as possible.

A month ago when I got to TH9 with full storages & 4 builders, I did the following,

DE: Bought Queen & upgraded her to Lvl2 (1 builder)
Gold: 2 X-bows (2 builders)
Elixir: Lab (1 builder)

Since the AQ only took 12h to upgrade, I used that builder to upgrade my SF after that.

As for researching, since I was pushing trophies, I upgraded Loons to max first & then went for Giants because I use Gibarch.
