Very awesome concept! Never really thought of it that in depth, but this might bring up lower guys trying to join higher guys. The clan perks also has to function in an organized manner, where older members maybe get more perks then new joiners

i lot of the those new clan that give free co or whatever are just people who made a clan cause they want to be in charge

Guild levels and perks killed the ability to maintain a small guild or create a new one in World of Warcraft and were later removed from the game. Outfit levels and perks were not implemented in Planetside 2 for the same reason. It depends on how the system is implemented in CoC, but I'm not optimistic about it.

If there are perks, I wonder if they will be like the profiles and start from now, or be retroactive. Our clan has been going for over 2 years, so it would be nice for that to be factored in somehow.
