My advice...
Builder 1, Lab - no brainer, once done spell factory then use to upgrade existing buildings
Builder 2, camps
Builder 3, x bow, build them both then start upgrading them one at a time
Builder 4, get AQ if you have 40k DE, then use to build new stuff
If you have the fifth builder use him for either camps or the new buildings.
If you can try to time getting DE when a builder comes free to upgrade AQ, early upgrades are quick.

I would suggest the AQ De, Spell factory and Lab, then both x-bows with gold, and have your other builder doing new walls, cannons etc etc

I repeat. Those 2 drills are highly important. You should focus on DE from now because you will finish all builder upgrades and all LAB researches way before heroes. Heroes to lvl40 is a final goal in Farming in COC
My advice:
Get queen first, but don't worry about upgrading her yet.
Builder 1: xbow 1
Builder 2: xbow 2
Builder 3: lab
Builder 4: spell factory
Builder 5: use for building and upgrading new wizard tower, tesla, air defense, and archer tower until other builders finish.
(not in order of priority)
After that, start on camps.
