Any Tips For TH9

Im about to go to TH9, I'm very exited I'm going to have max loot in gold and elixir and a full CC...Any tips when starting Th9?? Thanks.

Make sure you have a full storage of 80k DE too, so that you can buy the Queen straight away, and start her upgrade to level 2.

As for the elixir, I would use 2 of your builders to upgrade your Lab + Spell Factory respectively. Getting the Spell Factory upgrade done and out the way is a good idea, as you can only upgrade it once at TH9, and there is only 1 of them. Same thing for the Lab.

As for the gold, I would start the construction on your 2 X-Bows. Definitely get those up and running, as they'll defend your base really well.

Although I am not TH9 yet myself, that will be the upgrade strategy that I will use once I start my TH9 upgrade.

Upgrade your lab and spell factory. Then buy archer queen and all the new stuffs. That will get you going.

And you do not need 80k de... 40k is more than enough. If you can that is all good, but getting 80k in th8 is kinda hard. Well, if you can get them, you probably know what you are doing. Getting de in th9 is even easier.

As other have said. Lab and Spell factory first. Get your AQ done and up to level 5 as fast as you can for her special ability. Get the xbows started then get all the new th9 defenses up to TH8 level. That was my strategy anyway when my I became a TH9. After that I would focus on splash damage and AD's. While also having at least one builder do the longer upgrades like tessla and xbows. Spacing your build times right in TH9 is big because stuff starts getting more expensive and can take a couple days of raiding to save depending on how much you clash.

Lab, spell factory, AQ to L2, CC to L5, new buildings and stuff. Hold off on the x-bows, they will put you too high on the war map, which your TH8 troops will not be able to handle.

I did all my walls to lvl8 first for gold. Then the rest of the gold i had i built the cheaper defenses. Elixir i did lab and army camp. And for my last builder i did my archer queen

As a currently maxed town hall 9 in walls, and half maxed on defense, the only thing I regret not doing is starting my hero upgrades sooner.
It's a VERY good idea to keep a builder not only for walls, but for hero's as well. I didn't realize how long the hero's took to upgrade until I started them. Just for both t ok level 20 it takes a few months... If you keep one going at all times then by the time you finish those defense you should have both to 20 or 25 easy. I'm currently sitting with level 11 king and 15 queen, both upgrading 24/7 as of now.

Buy most of the new stuffs on the first day and get all those walls maybe to lv6/7 while doing that get your AQ done and already start lv2

Xbow = 7days
Lab & spellfactory = 5 days

After those lab & Spell factory done upgrade your Queen to level 3 then to level 4 and then lv 5

First thing I spent my gold on was upgrading my CC, having 30 cap and the ability to be donated golems is nice, especially early on!

I also started 1 camp to level 7 (once that one finished I made sure to have enough elix to immediately start the second until all 4 were done), as quickly getting your camps knocked out providing you with 220 troop cap is great!

I then got my Lab started so I could start upgrading my troops asap, as stronger troops are always a good thing.

Obviously my 40K DE went immediately to my Queen which was actually my very first purchase the moment my TH turned black!

With my remaining resources, I bought all the new structures except X-bows and all my new walls. I immediately up'd my new walls to level 5, because that contrasted well with my skulls.

At this point I farmed hard and got started on X-Bow 1, probably 2-3 days into TH9 and a day and a half after X-bow 1 was started, I started X-bow 2. I was pleasantly surprised that upon starting construction of the X-bows, they will be immediately usable in war.. so the second you start building one in your main, even though it takes a handful of days til it's completed, it's immediately finished and fully functioning in your war base during war, it's great!

I then used 2 more builders (aside from the 2 building the X-bows) to start working on upgrading my new defenses and storages.

This left 1 builder free for me to very quickly upgrade my new level 5 walls the rest of the way to skulls.

I actually upgrade my lab 3-5 days into TH9 and probably 1 full week in, I upgrade one of my dark barracks to level 5 to unlock witches.

This was a glorious transition into TH9 for me, my clan was quite impressed.
