I would add single player quests that can be repeated an unlimited number of times (basically like the goblin campaign quests except you could repeat them). This would allow people to farm loot without stealing from others.

Face the wrath of your lightning, and you'll face the fear of losing all of your resources, and to make matters worse for you, I'll leave at 39%, and also make sure that all of your traps are triggers, and that your Inferno Towers are burnt out and your X-Bows are empty (if you have them). All of that to make you the victim of more attacks.

Hehehehehe... I'm so evil sometimes.
