    Truly, I think this is a good idea. Would be nice to not have war spies. Besides, it's about time some new clan roles should be added

    Love some of the ideas. Especially the additions to the new members not being able to spy. Not sure we need to add vice leaders. Leaders and coleaders seems fine. But maybe make it so you can designate when they go from new to being members. And i like the idea also of having the person who starts a war be the general or war captain.

    If you don't want spies, don't let your clan accept anyone in war ... only internal invite.
    The spy should be a position, the only person in war that can leave the clan.

    What I do to prevent me from that is to close the clan or increase a lot the trophies. The people that join need invitation, so if someone of my clan accept that people, the problem is in my clan. All the elder and co already knows, during the war nobody come in by self-invitation (this is clan organization problem..)

    This idea is good but I think that nber of vice leaders should be increased from 3 to at least 5/6.

    How about customizable position rights?

    I think that clan leaders should be allowed to decide on the privileges that each position in the clan gets.

    i.e, a clan leader can decide if he would like to:
    Allow elders to kick(or not)
    Allow clan leaders to change clan description
    Allow members to invite

    etc.

    This would allow clan leaders more flexibility to manage the clan. And perhaps even individual members can receive special privileges by the leader, irregardless of rank. It's something to think about, I guess.

    I hate spies but it's very difficult to control their arrival to your clan. We war non stop. Having a spy show up on prep day or battle day is bad. Can't close clan forever. Having "stuff" hidden too new members would bean incredible addition.

    Have ability to see who is donating to war castles.
    Can put troops and take troops from the clan donation box.

    - ELDER (the same role w/ few changes)
    Doesn’t matter how many are in this role
    They can kick out new members only.
    They can accept people into the clan.
    Can put troops and take troops from the clan donation box.

    -NEW (the same role w/ few changes)
    -They basically have no authority until promoted to a higher role, but they can participate in clan wars.
    -They also cannot see traps or hidden teslas when looking at other members bases and war bases. (This will prevent war spies.) (This is optional; leaders decision)
    -They also cannot see what are in members clan castles and war castles, but they can still donate troops. (This is optional; leaders decision)
    -After one week of being a new, their role will turn to blank like it does now and they will be able to see traps, hidden teslas, troops in castles, etc.

    These changes will prevent clan war spies. Also, this makes it where the leader doesn't always have to be on, but they still have full control over their clan. This will make the leadership roles in a clan more structured.

    I really like everything. I would probably add a "Clan resource bank" for the Captains+ to manage. It would work like the troop bank but giving resources to help develop junior members.

    New Leadership Role

    These ideas are awesome, however maybe there should be a BATTLE LEADER.

    A battle leader should be in charge of all war strategies and all wars that the clan participates in. But the previous role of this player will stay the same.

    For instance, i am a Co-Leader and if i was Battle Leader too, there should be a little shield somewhere on my name tag in the clan with the letters BL in the shield, but nothing else changes. It would be the same if i was just a member.

    This means if anyone has any questions about the war, they know who to ask. The shield could be next to the player level and change colours like the leagues, so people can see how good their Battle Leader is within the clan. This shall be determined by the amount of stars won on the war map. I.e. under 30 stars is bronze, 31-60 silver, 61-100 gold 101-200 is purple ect.

    Also, i think this would be good as a catalyst to encourage people to think about war strategies and what works and what doesn't work for your particular clan.

    There should only be 1 Battle Leader in any one clan and any Leader or Co-Leader can appoint someone to be the Battle Leader, however, you cannot appoint yourself.

    Just something to think about, maybe you guys at Supercell can make this idea better?
