srs question about keeping resources?!?

As a fairly new th9 once I finished both xbows I found C2-3 better than G1-2 because I was sniped way more often in crystal for the big(ish) loot bonus.

Main thing is to leave you TH outside mate. It'll do wonders.

Is your town hall outside? If not then put it inside, this will encourage attackers to take your town hall and leave you with a shield and your resources. This way you can keep them longer. I have 400k gold and elix available to all attackers, as well as 5,000 DE and most of the time they just take my town hall and leave with the occasional lightning on my DE.

Leaving the th outside does do wonders for me lol, but once I have around 2 million or so of each resource the farmers raid me before the snipers get to me lol. But I could definitely ride out my shield longer... like I said, it's just hard sometimes to get in a good 2 or 3 hr farming session with work and my son and blah blah blah haha. Just gonna have to try harder I guess! Lol

Don't save up both resources at the same time. If you're saving up elixir then save up that but dump gold into walls or something. Same with DE, use it for troops instead.

My way is only saving one resources at a time. Some people will snipe rather than spend all their troops for 300k in gold, 10k in elixir and 200 de. Ive been doing great using this method. May seem slow but the lack of getting raided compensates for speed.
