It's very likely. The image had locked items, which means your clan has to unlock them, or 'level up'.

eh there was a forum exclusive, cc can be put on decorations now.
And don't forget about the healers.
Also, SC always puts the less cool stuff first, so there's still hope.

Exactly! We don't know what "levelling up clans" means yet. It could be game changing, but we'll have to wait and see.
