Minimum requirments b4 upgrading to th 9

Considering it takes just over 112 million gold to upgrade to all skulls at TH8, it would take almost 6 months to a year of consistent raiding good loot bases in conjunction with collectors to get enough to pull that off.

I honestly believe you should max troops and buildings before upgrading the th. If you are bored of the game you should quit. Things will move even slower at th 9, so if you don't have the patience at th 8, there's just no point.

Max all gold and elixer and then slowly do walls and de untill it gets boring and go up when you feel like it

Minimum you'll need 3mil gold and you will also need th8. Play the game the way you feel is right so that it stays interesting for you.

Uh what? It takes 4 months tops to max th8 even for a casual player.

Not true at all.
I maxed th8 except for a few lab upgrades in 4 months.
All skulls
Bk lvl10
max defense/traps

it doesn't really take that long.

th9? that will take me some time. even with 5 builders, the heroes and walls are the bottleneck at th9.

When I upgraded to th9 I was completely maxed exept for a few troops. (Healer,valk) All walls level 8, level 10 king, max defense.

I moved on when defenses were maxed and had 117 skull walls.
