I like the idea that everyone is separated because pinky/indo/malay dominates the english chat sometimes. but i wish theres an option to actually go back to the US or English chat forums

Im from US business person, staying over here in philippines, but truly wishes to go back to an english chat.
please fix this, or make an option of location atleast

I live in Canada but I made my account in the Philippines, now I'm stuck with Filipino local leader boards and Filipino chat. Any way to fix this?

I'm Malaysian. I'm stuck in a purely Malay speaking global. This is hardly desirable considering the fact that I also lead an international clan with members spread across several continents - global has always been our source to recruit the few rare gems out there.

This source has now been shut off. All I see are ethnic Malays on my global (nothing wrong with this, merely reporting a fact). No sight of ethnic Chinese Malaysians as I suspect these may have been migrated to the PRC server because of their Chinese language settings.

The one thing that has kept me interested in CoC for close to 2 years is the game's ability to transcend national boundaries - I have made friends with peeps in the States, UK, Germany, PRC, all through a simple video game. This allure is lost now especially for the newer players in less established clans. Is Supercell advocating single nation clans with this development? If so, please drop the "International" tag from the clan settings ID.

Supercell - please fix this. The old global had its problems but putting us in pigeonholes according to proxy settings or location is not the solution - especially when there is no option to opt out. Do not take a step forward only to regress 2 steps backwards.

For the record - I am trilingual and speak English, Malay and Chinese with equal ease and fluency - yet I feel deeply impacted, aggrieved even, by this recent development.

LOL ... no offence taken. There are gems in Malaysia as well!

The point to this game for a great many of us however is its international reach. I have made very good friends with peeps of different walks of life and geographical locations through this game. I count US and British military chaps amongst my good friends - made possible through daily contact when clashing together for close to 2 years. These gems were recruited when global was truly global and international.

I lead an international clan with peeps spread all over the globe - the old global was our lifeline.

There should be an option where we could change whether we want the global chat to be set to International or Local.
