it is legit, I saw it too (only on my iPad,not on my phone (android)). I doubt this is everything though, honestly I was expecting more. Before anyone says this is photoshopped, I literally don't have the faintest idea how to edit and if I did it would look absolutely awful. Js

It completely looks photoshopped. The pixels around the edge of the typed words doesn't match the background of the AppStore. If you zoom in quite a bit you can see it.

I'm showing 45,028 on it using my ipad. You can also see that Supercell lists the date Jan 21, 2015 -- instead of 21 Jan which is the convention in Europe.

I'm hoping you're right about the cost, since that would almost definitely mean reduced prices for cannons across the board. But, seeing as level 12 cannons are 6,400,000 while level 12 archer towers are 6,500,000, it seems more likely the level 13 cannons will be 7,400,000 (since level 13 archer towers are 7.5 million). It'd be nice of them to reduce the prices, but it'd also affect their profits and they don't really need to do that at the moment.

The healer buff is a huge, smart update for lower town halls. It'll also be interesting to see how it works with the hounds (though that is a lot of space) even though they don't work on air.

Why not? The members opting not to participate can opt out now, by leaving during match-making anyway. That just makes the clan appear weaker though, since it resets donations, and is a pita.

So what if a clan of 50 end of with a 15 v.s. 15 war. They can do that now anyway.

Good point. They should make it obvios if a clan mate oted out and isnt just ineligible. In my clan, I wouldn just allow anyone to optout without good reason.

I'm itching to try some hog/healer armies......could open so many spell possibilities now.
