Ok, so is SuperCell's new plan to:
Leak update to the public
Check how people react
If they hate it, denounce it
If they like it, then actually do the work and make the update :P

It wasn't their fault that the leak came out it was apples. Because it was on the App Store. My guess is that the new update is ready and was being verified by Apple but they accidentally made it go live or something. Also we needed a lvl 13 cannon anyway it makes sense. We got archer towers to lvl 13. So far I think this will be a decent update with the rest of it. Healer buff, clan badge, opt in out, skill and perks. While I don't know how this will work it's still good especial for active farming clans with the perks

I think refunds most likely means you don't lose resources for donating, as you get the elixir back that was used on the troops.
Plus all the other stuff there, it seems to be encouraging more donations and a more integrated clan, if donations refund is for clan wars too then the cost of war goes down by an awful lot too

Curious how clan perks will work. I hope they are categorized so farming clans aren't forced into clan wars to attain perks that are farming related and vice versa.

Yes clan perks are still a complete mystery.
Do they reset at each season?
If not how long to attain all benefits?
If its based on donations does that mean we will get more clan stats?


Since it says 'level up' I guess they are permanent, and I doubt it would be based on level.

It was glitched and if it is fake, does that mean all those people with macs, iPads, and iPhones all knew how to use photoshop? Im not sayings it's real but it might not be fake.

The only solid information is the level 13 cannon and healers no longer triggering air mines. Everything else is rumors and speculation. However, the info about a 'leak' from the App Store seems most likely to be accurate.
