I think that this is fair enough, as cannons are the weakest defense at TH10. By giving them an extra level, Golems should die that little bit quicker. This doesn't affect me in any way though, because I am only a TH8, and won't even affect me until I'm TH10
Sneak Peak 1 - Buffed Healers
Finally, Healers might actually be useful at TH8-9 now! No more pesky seeking air mines to take out the healers. Although this could prompt people to protect their Air Defenes more, I still think Giant Healer could be a new strategy on the rise at TH8-9.
