Currently our highest TH is 8, we are all war experienced players.
There is no TH requirement, or troop donation requirements
The Rule is Don't be a jerk, if your requesting troops all the time, donate what you can.

The age requirement is 18, Everyone is allowed, but I'd rather not screen the chat to make sure all is good for children. If you play with your child please talk to me and I can show you how to disable chat so they can participate.

I come from a very war based clan, I'll not mention here due to bad funk, but there well known.
The problem was after a win streak of 15 wars, we did not slow down. We had grown and a few leaders wanted to chase "the big one". After a few losses due to picking up new members we needed to slow down, I was a No-one, so I had no say. I lost a bunch of resources cost me alot of playtime, and we could not get ahead.
What this means,
I WILL LISTEN TO EVERYONE-
WE ARE WELL ORGANIZED AND EACH PLAYER MATTERS!
When someone needs help or advice we don't kick we help.
