Co? Bad idea in general. One bad apple changing your clan description or such could cause you major headaches.
Elder? Sure, not really a big deal. Makes it easy to promptly reject/accept new players and no one (except Coleaders and Leader) can kick anyone. Really seems to be more of a matter of preference than practical implications IMO. Certainly doesn't automatically mean the clan/leader is bad.
Sounds to me like you've ran into a few bad clans who do this and are trying to generalize. Maybe with co you have a point, but elder is fine.

Your topic doesnt really tells anything special. but this:
Acting like that tells me soo much about what kind of "special person" you are. Please avoid spamming nonsense on this forums. The next time i join a clan like this i will get promoted and kick everyone
You should stop starting threads.
You are bad and you should feel bad.
The reason why people promote all to elder is to make it so it is like it used to be before they made it more complicated. There was no point in adding another rank but they did so we just adapted.
Once you give free co or elder you have to keep doing that. Of course my clan is so loyal they wouldn't even THINK of kicking people..
