I am more than positive supercell has programming to make the next function give you disfavorable matches i.e. the programming makes getting that last few trophies or loot very hard. But the 6 hour time limit was to deal with script babies automating everything.. The thing is using lua script they likely handle the 6 hour time limit too it is just a few more lines of code. Lots of little things in the game were to stop exploits like sand bagging which is unplugging your network connection before dropping a troop so you can practice war attacks. The 3rd party software still allows this but if you disconnect during an attack it ends the Attack, so now exploiters have no problem only guys with bad internet. Random nature in the game was to stop people from writing a script to Attack in war, never the same Attack twice.. But the problem is it makes learning the game very difficult and predicting battles outcomes is a guess at best. The game is a lot of nuances and its your job to figure out how to still have fun playing.
