From what i can tell its a good place to win a bunch of defenses against ppl who havent built their clan castle so you can come to the forums & say "look what I did" & pat yourself on the back.
If you're TH8 it's good, TH9s? not so much, but it's there
maxed out TH9, minus the heroes
kinda quit, Lurker mode: on
went there as th 7. guess what i found?

People who go down there expecting 500k raids are morons. You go down there to take an easy 40k with goblins, leave, take another easy 40k with goblins, etc. You raid 40k bases with 15-20 goblins and then just keep repeating that over and over. You can average 1.5 million gold an hour
Will you find 500k raids? No, but that's not the point of sub200 in the first place

I am th10. Sub 200 is the best place to be after an one gem boost. A lot of 350k both raids against premie th9 who have everything in the storages. You need good giants and wallbreaker but its ok
If you are a TH2 - TH6, get out. Get out, now! There is nothing for you in the sub-200 range.
