Players with max bases will eventually lose interest in the game........

Oh, I never knew people quit Clash of clans because they can't wait another week or two for an update.. Are you sure these 'maxed' bases have completed the whole game? Aka Beat the game?

Speaking for myself which is all i can do...I have been waiting for a game play adding update for the best part of a year...not a week or two!

Upgrading a troop...or even adding a troop is not cutting it any more. SC need to actually develop new stuff and not just incrementally add to what we have...its b.o.r.i.n.g.

I've basically quit. I often dont collect mines before my shield expires now...I used to but even that is something im not fussed about any more...The game has gone down hill and to be honest, most of my in game friends (played 2yrs+) have quit.

Good luck with the update. Enjoy the new upgrade levels on the cannon and traps! Much needed and will enhance enjoyment mucho!

Im currently in the same situation.. only lvl 11 walls to go and many other people i have been playing with for 2+ years have just quit due to the same boring stuff even with updates.

Wars were nice but it was only what we were all doing before but in a team.

Something new is really what we need.

Can you think of any video game ever, that you have regularly played for over 2 years straight? I just don't understand what you guys expect to happen that would make the game interesting for you personally again. Or why you think SC should cater to what older jaded players might hypothetically want? Start a new account, or move on. When something is not fun anymore you don't stick around complaining, you move on to something else. Its a game.

Agree with this. I only play CoC anymore to socialize with my friends in 24/7 clan wars. The rest of the game is a bore. Add something more than lv to existing structures which only means another few weeks of farming to pay for them.

Only thing I have left are walls and heroes (which I'll not be grinding out as nothing is more boring to me in this game), the rest of my base has been maxed out for many, many months now.

Bring in quests or any other single player ideas you have. Add more excitement to CW. Something actually​ new. Guess we'll see over the coming few days.

I have been fully maxed for 7 months now!
each update just brings little for those who are maxed out!
Trust me guys you will get bored after few weeks, war is the only thing remains which is only 2 attacks every 2 days and that will get so much repetitive as well.
I have tried work on my lvl and donation but for how long ?!
I don't wanna take a break or quit as I love this game and it was part of my life for last 1 and half year.
waiting few months or even more is not what bothering me, my only concern is SC needs to give more in each update and look after those loyal players and who maxed out as their priority customers.
