Just to further my point this fits in better to the major additions ive highlighted below, id look at is as a repayable single player level rather than a mini game. just because the idea doesnt follow the exact structure of the current campaign doesnt make it a mini game.....

    Major Additions:

    * Dueling/challenge/simulator/sparring battle area
    * Clan villages = all clan members contribute, leaders control
    * Add more single player levels (permanent ones)
    - - - - - - - - - -
    * Add a featured temporary single player map - 1 per week/month/update on a rotating basis.
    * Add single player challenges/maps - beat with specific/limited troops or troop counts, all air, tier 1, etc
    * Add daily challenges for small rewards - win a raid, use 5 balloons, destroy 5x builders huts, misc stuff
    * Random event - meteorite lands in village - Dark Elixir to clear, enhanced experience/gem rewards

i think that on defense you can easily exploit using troops because u can use all witches with a few wizards and stay alive for very long

There should be a loot penalty(50%).

but i think the troops start at max level 1 TH above yours, and every 1 minute they advance 1 level, till reach a max one. i think we can't and we don't have to lose loot to AI, since they are AI right? 10.000 Gold Price to enter this feature could be reasonable.

    Keep Clashing!
So, basically if you're TH 10, you get attacked by troops equivalent to TH 11?

    great idea

this is a great idea it might work like this (a little different way): lets say u r TH7 u trained wizards for the defense (50 wizards)

now u get first 3 attack from same TH 7 first attack will be giant 2nd mass dragon third is hogs and they can use wizards to defend after u win all attacks u will get message that say (do u want to continue) if u press yes u will get attacked with higher th attacks (all troops defenses and traps wont be rearmed )

and the prize would be small like 100k for th 7 and so on

I disagree. Adding more single player levels is pretty straight forward. It clearly refers to the current single player campaign.

Adding a featured temporary single player map is also quite similar. Instead of adding a permanent map, this would be a temporary or time limited one (i.e. you have one week or one month or one upgrade cycle to complete it).

Lastly, adding single player challenges still refers to the existing single player maps. For example, use only tier 1 troops to defeat a particular map, or only air troops.

What you have suggested is substantially different from all of those. You're essentially asking them to add a whole new single player game mode that is quite different from the one that currently exists.

    give it a fair trial.

I dont know that it is really that different and after reading your opinions on other posters threads I see why this is getting shot down immediately as you dont think defence is a part of the game that matters.. I think most clashers would disagree.

the first thing that you do in the game tutorial is build a cannon to defend your base against an NPC attack.. that to me shows that it is fundamentally a part of the game and should be included as a part of the single player game... perhaps the method of implementing could be different as others have suggested or maybe there are pre set armies that attack the bases and you progress through in a similar function as the current offensive campaign but for defence..

    Get to the point:
the point is I think rather than discrediting the idea immediately think about the fact that currently the single player only addresses 50% of the game play elements. would it not be more enjoyable and balanced to have a defensive version of single player? I guess im saying im not 100% locked into the specifics of the idea but rather just the general idea of having some kind of defensive single player component to the game,

why its not a mini game:
my idea of a mini game is something that isnt at all focused around the goals of the game ie, wizards juggling fireballs, bejewled with COC troops, a side quest card game, or something of this nature, I feel like you immediately read the idea and lumped it in as a mini game when in fact it is an idea about expanding the current main game with features that already exist (attacking and defending)
