Stuck on Loading (server issues under investigation)

Reboot your device and clash a few times, it gets you passed the loading screen. but dont visit people, dont watch any attacks or defenses because the 'Return home' button doesnt work :/

It don't work properly for a lot of players. Global is dead.
If you attack the screen sticks at end of attack and you have to reload, took five attempts to get back on

Both my htc one account and my samsung galaxy note pro account are unable to log in. Loading bar fills up but gets stuck. If I do manage to get in, I fulfill an attack and can't return home. I wonder if I even get to keep my resources.

I have 150mbps internet and using the 5ghz wifi band, everything other than CoC is working fine. If I switch to 4G internet, the problems are just the same. Seems to just be CoC.
