Stuck on Loading (server issues under investigation)

Me too. I've toggled Wi-Fi on and off, rebooted, tried force closing but CoC wasn't running. My wife's game is fine(android), mine isn't(android).

Edit: North America, been going on about 30 minutes so far.

Edit: Happening to my wife now.
