Lvl 10 are my favourite. Since I finished them, I find myself staring at the lava passing through them while waiting for troops. Even while watching a defence replay, I'll put it 4x and watch just the walls lol (looks awesome at 4x!)
I do like the lvl 11s as well and can't wait to start working on them.

Level 11 walls yes yes yes :d
For me (currently on 249 Legos/1 Lava) it would be a tough choice between Legos and Lavas. Lavas probably would get the nod because of the pure farming effort that is required to obtain them combined with the very intimidating river of flame that they produce but - at least to me - they take the focus away from the buildings that the walls are surrounding (ie. too much "bling").
Legos serve the purpose of having the intimidation factor, looking very good with the single flame around the edges of the base, whist at the same time not taking focus away from the buildings. I also love the medieval-looking theme of Legos.
Vote lavas but not by a big margin.
