A war clan with members all over the world but with a small family feel, ArmyOfAchilles was created with the aim to take clan wars seriously while relaxing and raiding the rest of the time. The point is the journey and not the destination, and ArmyOfAchilles offers those that spend a significant amount of time playing a home. Just like Achilles, however, we hunger for war.
ArmyOfAchilles is always open to having active players join our clan. We are currently seeking mid to max Th8s with war experience. We are serious about war, and whimsical about everything else. High donation activity is encouraged and success in war is revered. We honor all troop requests and offer advice in war. Elder rank is earned mostly through war performance. This clan has a relaxed atmosphere and drama is for theater only.
War Rules:
1. Target brackets are assigned after discussion. Stick to them.
2. Use both attacks.
3. Utilize your best troops for 3 star attacks, i.e. Dragonloon, GoHo, Lavaloon, etc. and all spells.
We are an ever evolving clan, where we listen to each other's opinions on what is good for the clan. Hopefully, we can be your new home. Just join the clan, we will be expecting you.

That was a rough war. We won by two points. But everyone attacked again. It feels so good when everyone shares in the idea, in the mission. Unfortunately for the other clan, the war seems to have broken them up. They are down to 3 members now. That's the second clan in a row that has disintegrated after warring with us. I fear and welcome the potential reputation...
I've promoted KO to Leader for the time being. He's earned it and I think will inject some fresh energy into the clan. We'll be many times better for it.
With our players getting better and better, we're trying out a more open option in attacking in war. Instead of mirrors or target assignments, warriors will be able to use KiK to call a base and just attack whichever they want. Of course, not getting stars or attacking too low will get you some bench time. Adding the opt out option was the best thing for war.
We are currently recruiting to fill our ranks with a few Th8s and Th9s. If you are not war ready, that's ok, you can still join and upgrade your war troops. We'll get you in war with us as soon as possible. What was this game like before clan wars?
