    You can not use only personal experience to come up with statistical data. I mean you can.....but it wouldn't be worth much. There is a server issue as we speak. It is not my internet connection. It is the game.

    To clash or not to clash, that is the question!

    We have to admit the sucess of Coc and the longest economic life for a mobile game, i ever seen. But on some points I do agree that some encouragement actions from Supercell will be welcome (even simple, just some graphics changes or improvements, more solo campaign,....)

    Lately, my teammates and myself also felt a little less motivate about the game. We all are on TH8/TH9, it takes time to go ahead (saving up and clash up) and well the enthusiasm even for the Clan wars is vanishing little by little.

    We were fully dedicated to the game for month, and now we are also sharing our time with others games.(sorry supercell but it's from your competitors)

    Do not forget, not all of us want to be on the players or clans, Top 10.

    Speaking for all my teammates, we just want to have fun and enjoy the game! A bon entendeur!

    Clash on....

    I don't think it's the lack of an update, it's lack of communication. Maybe if the xbow glitch wasn't still around, it would be a bit easier to tolerate the lack of an update...

    Speaking as an owner of a very profitable company myself, I feel that your lack of keeping your customers happy currently (and for a while now) is going to hurt you long term.

    Give us, the customers what we want, and what we have paid for, and stop investing in dumb games like Spooky pop, and giving us lame dragon/barb events. Stick to what you are good at, Clash of Clans, and continue to continually improve it, and satisfy your customer base. Simple.

    Consider this 'tough love' because if you are not hearing this sort of thing...you are clearly not listening to your users, and do not have the business sense to appreciate the ramifications of displeasing your customers.
    share your opinion & sympathize with you as I too feel the same, but no point posting here... only response you will get is mostly from 50 SC lawyer who play from free... SC aint listening... Chat War & collect... till we get bored of that too..is the approach of all players like us... others who cared & loved this game are mostly retired or semiretired...

    any other game produced by supercell in no way shape or form takes away from any other game they make. They have seperate teams that independantly work on their own game. If you have a support issue, their customer support is actually very helpful and usually pretty quick.
    That's like takes weeks to resolve any single ticket?

    They don't want you to budget. They want you to spend gems now and buy A LOT more when an update is released.

    That's like saying Casinos want you to be well rested and sober during your visit at their tables....
