Most companies have their PR let the public know dates when their new products are going to be released. I see no reason why SC can't do this.

No matter what they say or don't say, people will keep wanting more and more. So I don't blame them for keeping quiet.
Even worst if they announce some date but then the updates ends up delayed for whatever reason.
I keep the same post that SC does not need to share their companies future plans. I don't need to know their plans. I would like to know what I am going to spend my money on. This is for me and only myself but I want to know dates when updates are coming out. I don't need to know what is in the update until it comes out. I would like to budget to save up to buy gems. And giving out a date would help in this.
What I think would solve a lot of these issues are more frequent minor updates between the big ones. Say a small monthly update and a bigger one every three months. Small updates are something easy to implement to give something new while they are working away at the big stuff. For example in January they could have done a lvl3 with and another small upgrade while they continue working on the bigger one that's coming at some point soon hopefully. Just some little things more often to add to the game while the bigger stuff that takes more time is worked on. It'll keep things somewhat more fresh more often.
I have no issue with not having leaks for what's coming, just makes people for impatient for it to get here. Let it come when it comes but have smaller things in between. They are somewhat with low price or faster slext troop build times but those often backfire killing the economy.
