It's made by Supercell sure, but I'm here for the community. Has SuperCell offered any perspective? No. I don't care if Supercell made the game, they're terrible at combining themselves with players and are just seeking profit from them.

Speaking as an owner of a very profitable company myself, I feel that your lack of keeping your customers happy currently (and for a while now) is going to hurt you long term.

As a business owner, you must realize that you can't please everyone, even a customer who has spent a whole $5. I don't want Supercell spending more resources on public relations and implementing customer ideas. Most customer ideas are awful and would ruin the game. I like the direction Supercell has taken the game and their adherence to their vision. Every change they've ever made has been met with significant resistance and whining. That they manage to get anything done is a miracle and you want to saddle them with ever more obstacles? I don't know what your business does, but if you don't run a software company with millions of users, you should probably leave company management to the experts.

Pretty sure actually, I never get disconnected myself, I have a steady connection, but it means the servers are steady as well
