Thread: Why the players go Off the clan after WAR Started? Put an End to it

    Good one, But we have no option to keep player our of war search.

    If they are in at the position of round figure 30/30 they will be auto taken to WAR search. If we want to omit a player in it, We wanna kick him, if we kick the new one, he will not join back , he ll go off since war is no for him,. I need players should keep their profile a best one with Attacks Won, Defense Won, War Stars Won. Then we can identify good once soon while coming into the clan.

    Start screening your guys. There is plenty enough info to do that already so no excuse for not doing it. There is a very good post earlier on this thread that gives good detail on how to do it.

    You will know that after one league time with him. You also can figure out a lot by looking at his troop composition and base. Guys with bad troop composition and/or base just kick right away and don't even waste the time trying them out.

    Yea Bro

    Yea clan maintenance is good. well said. I mostly invite people who have good profile and good troops, with not TH pushed, only maxed players are some good max players. But even though i like to see the war behaviors of that profile person do well in a league. One league is good, but now days most people just switch clans so soon. Composition is good. I agree with the profiles and players backing by leaders.

    As has been said a few times. The first war after you invite them tell them they have to sit it out as spectator so you can make sure they are not a guy that will leave. The good players understand and appreciate that because it means if they stay in your clan they will not have their war efforts hurt so much by guys leaving.

    The hoppers and the guys that are just itchy footed and/or impatient will leave. But that's what you want to happen because now you are rid of them before they hurt you.

    Exactly. You want a statistic that you view as negative. SC doesn't like blame -n- shame. It's bad for business.

    This is completely correct that it is against SC's policies. That is why SC is not going to do the OPs suggestion no matter what any of us say here. That is also why I am trying to help him with ways to deal with the situation himself so he is not waiting for SC actions that will never come.

    Negative stats, ruled out most used words. Try expanding and go to work of stats that cannot be viewed negative or positive which is neutral.

    As claimed hoppers have reason for hopping and are essential part of the game then putting stat of the no. of times they change clan per season is not negative, they have their reason and most are valid and it gets reset per season. If this stat is available an average leaders after factoring other stat on his profile can have a better judgement when recruiting. This is much the same with the no of troops receive you cannot view it as positive nor negative.

    Add in profile that a hopper is a "betrayer"

    PLEASE ADD THIS SUPERCELL!
    I can't stand these rats leaving during war.
    They shouldn't be able to do it. And when they don't attack
    note it in their profile, so everyone can see it's a "betrayer":
    No one will accept him, so he / she hasn't a chance to betray again!
