We now have an air tank. Next air troop I think would have to be something with similar characteristics to a wizard. High dps and lower hp. Faster than balloons obviously.

When you say air wizard, I think of a wizard with wings. Ghost rider just sounds like a Hog Rider except the black guy is a ghost (not meant to be racist)

If you are really serious about wanting a new troop with these characteristics then I would advise more detail and more description.
